Warranties
Genre Gallerie® guarantees that the artwork delivered will be of reasonable condition and quality. We have no control over where purchasers will install Genre Gallerie® products, and whilst we have selected materials with a high level of light-fastness, we cannot guarantee against colour fading, material degradation or maintained image quality. Genre Gallerie® is not liable to you or any other person for indirect, consequential or incidental damages or expenses of any kind arising from or relating to the sale and purchasing of our product.
Colour Matching and Calibration
We have taken great care to achieve colour correctness and work to a colour chart that has been created by the same press that prints our canvases. There are, however, always variations and interpretations that occur between what one sees on a computer monitor online and the finished product. All computer monitors and printers have different colour calibrations. |

If you have a specific colour in mind, or an item that you intend our artwork to match, please supply specific PMS colour codes and/or sample swatches for visual matching. If you are nearby, we recommend calling in to view our in-store colour chart. All effort will be made to match print colours to samples supplied by the purchaser. The purchaser accepts the risk of such differences.
Care
We recommend hanging in a location that avoids extreme and prolonged temperatures, humidity and sunlight. All our canvases are produced with light-fast inks and have a protective UV coating. Keep the artwork clean by regular light dusting. We do not recommend the use of water or any cleaning materials.
Return Policy
If your canvas has been delivered damaged and we have been notified within 7 days, it will be replaced at no charge to you. Genre Gallerie® will arrange for an inspection of the damaged canvas prior to its return. No exchange on goods once a design has been ordered and printed, except at our discretion. |
